A Century of Corona, Live at Corona Capital

For 15 years, Corona Capital—one of the most influential music festivals in North America—has defined what global live music looks like in Mexico: world-class artists, a fan-first festival design, and a cultural moment audiences anticipate every November. But in 2025, the story became bigger than its stages.
More than 236,000 fans gathered in Mexico City to witness unforgettable performances from Linkin Park, Foo Fighters, Chappell Roan, Deftones, and Weezer. Over 40% of attendees travelled from other cities or countries, representing more than 30 nations. Nearly a quarter of the audience was between 18 and 24 years old, proof that the festival continues to grow its cultural relevance with a new generation.
And for the first time, the celebration expanded beyond Mexico City. Through Corona Capital Sessions in Guadalajara, Mérida, and Monterrey, the festival broadened its reach and brought global music to new audiences, honoring a century of Corona’s history across major cities in the country.

A Legacy Amplified Through Live Music
For 100 years, Corona has embodied pride, optimism, and a distinctive spirit recognized in more than 180 countries. That same heritage lives within Corona Capital: an internationally acclaimed music festival that has become a global reference point for live music. Consistently ranked among the top festivals in the world and celebrated by international media for its curation, production quality, and fan experience, Corona Capital brings together diverse audiences, global talent, and cultural influence on a world stage.
Throughout the weekend, the brand transformed its legacy into a living experience. Fans became part of the celebration through immersive touchpoints purposely designed to blend with the festival atmosphere, including the Corona Piano Bar with intimate sets, a Ferris wheel overlooking the entire venue, and a stunning tunnel of light that instantly became a visual icon.
Expanded gastronomy, exclusive merchandise crafted with local artisans, and the debut of Oasis by Mindsurf created moments that shaped how fans felt, connected, and recharged.

Where Purpose Meets Live Experience
Corona Capital continued strengthening practices that align celebration with responsibility. The festival meets international standards with ISO 20121 certification and implements systems that reduce waste, optimize energy use, and support circular design. Water-efficiency strategies and responsible sourcing further reinforce its environmental commitment.
Accessibility remained essential. Elevated platforms, mobility support, inclusive restrooms, and sensory resources ensured that more people could enjoy live music fully. Oasis by Mindsurf, staffed by mental-health professionals, brought psychological well-being into the heart of the festival experience.
Live music is joy—and responsibility is part of the show.
What This Means for Brands
Corona delivered what every brand seeks in entertainment: cultural relevance, massive scale, and measurable emotional impact. A hundred years of storytelling still resonate with audiences today, and that connection offers a powerful platform for brands that want to live meaningfully within culture.
Corona Capital is no longer just a place where brands show up. It is a place where brands help shape the future of live entertainment.
Corona proved that when heritage aligns with innovation, a celebration becomes something people carry with them long after the final song.
