A Step Inside 7-Eleven’s Slurpee Street

Set against the iconic New York City skyline, 7-Eleven’s Slurpee Street reimagined the classic summer block party with a Slurpee twist at Govenors Ball Music Festival. From Lady Liberty holding a Slurpee to a stoop made for people-watching and street art that felt straight out of the boroughs, the space tapped into nostalgia while keeping things cool and fresh. A NOSTALGIC HANGOUT
7-Eleven is one of those brands everyone seems to have a memory with — whether it was a quick pit stop, a post-concert snack run, or your first Slurpee. At Gov Ball, they helped fans make a few more. Slurpee Street blended nostalgic charm with a festival-ready twist, featuring free samples like the Peace Tea Slurpee and Fanta Zero Sugar Hibiscus Berry, plus handheld fans to stay cool between sets.

GET CREATIVE
Beyond the free samples, Slurpee Street invited fans to go hands-on with an interactive mural experience. Fans could snap a selfie and “paint” them onto a brick wall, making their own mark on the block party atmosphere.

INFLUENCER ENERGY
To keep the party going online, 7-Eleven tapped content creators like Eric Aaberg to amplify the Slurpee Street experience and share it with fans in real-time across social media.
WHAT’S NEXT FOR SLURPEE STREET?
The tour doesn’t stop here. 7-Eleven’s Slurpee Street is set to hit the road again at When We Were Young presented by 7-Eleven and Rolling Loud, continuing to bring that perfect mix of street style and city celebrations to fans everywhere.
