Hornitos Raised a Glass—and the Bar—at World Pride Music Festival

06.17.25

Hornitos Tequila turned up the bass at this year’s World Pride Music Festival in Washington, D.C. with a whole lot of flavor. See inside the Casita.

Pride In Every Pour

Washington, D.C. turned into a sea of music, rainbow colors, and community during the World Pride Music Festival, and Hornitos Tequila was right at the heart of it all. As part of the brand’s ongoing Pride365 initiative, Hornitos proudly sponsored the largest LGBTQ+ music celebration in the US, presented by Jake Resnicow’s Dreamland in partnership with Capital Pride and produced by Insomniac and Club Glow.

At Hornitos Tequila, our commitment to the LGBTQ+ community isn’t seasonal—it’s foundational to who we are.

Kick Back & Relax

Fans were invited to experience the Hornitos Casita, a bright, lime green oasis where you could cool off under misting fans, take Polaroids photos in front of a ’90s themed sticker wall and try signature Hornito’s cocktails like the MEXpresso Martini, a pineapple twist, and a fresh take on the classic paloma. The entire space reflected what Hornitos stands for: authenticity, inclusivity, and a break from the expected.

Pride 365

While previous years saw a wave of rainbow-colored wave of support, 2025 has marked a noticeably quieter Pride as many major brands have scaled back. But Hornitos continues to build on years of allyship—from a national partnership with GLAAD to housing the only LGBTQ+ certified safe space at a distillery in Mexico. And at World Pride Music Festival, the brand showed up with purpose—not just this month, but year-round.
