Repsol’s Exclusive Club is a lounge inside the venue that opens before shows and again after the set ends. Fans come in for a drink. Some arrive early and stay before the music starts. Others stop by after the show.

It is a smaller, quieter part of the venue, set apart from the main concourse.

Some fans unlock entry before they arrive through the Repsol app, My Repsol. Others find it after stopping by the brand’s kiosk inside the arena. However they get there, it is a place that transforms how the night unfolds.

More than 60 percent of fans say VIP upgrades like premium access leave them with a more positive view of the brand that provided it. Spaces like this turn something people actually use throughout the night into a brand-loyalty supercharger.

“A space like this only works if it fits how fans move through the venue,” says João Amorim, Sponsorship Manager, at Live Nation venue MEO Arena, Portugal. “You’re not pulling them away from the show. You’re giving them a place they come back to. It becomes a place people choose to spend time during the night, and remember long after the show.”

Across MEO Arena, Repsol’s partnership already plays a role throughout the venue, from supporting renewable energy operations to EV charging in VIP parking. The Secret Club is one place where fans get to engage with it.

Across Europe, 76 percent say their best memories happen inside venues. Eight in ten say concerts are part of who they are.
