Since 2018, PayPal has enhanced the ease and convenience of cashless payments at festivals globally. This year, PayPal returned to Lollapalooza Berlin with an exciting onsite experience – the Mirror Mystery Walk.

Designed in collaboration with Live Nation Brand Partnership and Media GSA team, the Mirror Mystery Walk immersed fans in a world of surprises while providing opportunities to capture unforgettable memories. Leveraging PayPal’s peer-to-peer payment feature, fans could share a “Glückscent” (lucky penny) with a friend to unlock prizes from PayPal branded items to wristband credits and VIP tickets. To amplify its reach beyond the festival grounds, PayPal partnered with popular content creator Nico Stank on social media, spreading the excitement to fans everywhere.
