Guinness Joins Live Nation Ireland’s Lineup

02.04.26

A beloved Irish staple is officially part of the show.

Live Nation Ireland and Diageo have launched a multi-year partnership that will see Guinness plus a range of Diageo beers, stouts, ciders, and non-alcoholic options available across concerts in Ireland for the first time in 15 years. Now, Irish fans can enjoy a great pint with a great show under the same roof at venues including 3Arena, 3Olympia, Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, Gaiety Theatre, The Academy, and The Ambassador Theatre.

Sláinte to Opening Night

To mark the moment, Guinness quite literally made an entrance. A historic barge took to the River Liffey to deliver the first pour of smooth Guinness to the 3Arena, marking the first time a barge had traveled from St. James’s Gate to Dublin since 1961. It was a nod to tradition that set the tone for something new: Guinness taking the stage.

The celebration continued inside for a packed show at the 3Arena featuring Irish folk group BIIRD alongside Ed Sheeran — the perfect pairing for a pint that feels right at home.

Live entertainment venues and festivals are essential 'Third Spaces' where communities connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories. We are committed to embedding our diverse portfolio of brands – from the rich heritage of Guinness to the refreshing innovation of Rockshore – directly into the fabric of these experiences.
